In January we announced that Pearly Grey is now a resort that our customers can visit.
We have now had chance to get some feedback from several of our customers who have been to Pearly Grey. A Skychoice staff member has also been sent out to Tenerife to check it out.

Our main switchboard will be open as normal, in case of urgent enquiries, and they will have a mobile telephone number of a key member of staff who will be on duty each working day during this period to handle very urgent enquiries.
2007 summer shut down will take place as follows:
On Thursday 22nd June 2007 at 17.00 hrs our main administration office will close.

Our IT department are in the process of adding this stunning resort to the Skychoice Resorts Directory and due to the high quality of Alanda, there are plans to give it "Featured Resort" status.

Database Upgrade
|

Skychoice has upgraded its database software and this will be installed at our offices today. As a result there may be some down time.
Skychoice has invested in this new software in order that we can offer our customers an even better service. This should speed things up in terms of making reservations for our promotional holiday customers. Our investment in this new tailor made software will ensure that customers calling to arrange their accommodation will spend far less time on the phone by making the whole accommodation request procedure much more simple.
We expect our main server to be down during most of today and possibly tomorrow morning.
Please bear with us during this time. We assure you, we will keep any disruptions to a minimum. |

Christmas Opening Times

Over Christmas we will close our main administration office on Tuesday 23rd December 2003 at 1700hrs. This Office will re-open for business as normal on Monday 5th January 2004.
Our reception staff will be answering the phones as normal for urgent inquiries only.
The Skychoice Travel Club will close on Wednesday 24th January at 1400hrs. It will be open on Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 31st December from 1030hrs to 1530 hrs. The Travel Club will reopen for business as normal on Friday 2nd January 2004.
